Programmes

Four ways to train

Every one of them is programmed, progressed and written down. Nothing here is a random workout generated the night before.

Strength trainingProgramme 01

Barbell Strength

Squat, press, deadlift, chin. Linear progression while it lasts, then a proper block structure. Three or four sessions a week, each about seventy minutes.

Best for: anyone who has never been coached through a heavy lift.

Conditioning trainingProgramme 02

Conditioning

Intervals, carries, sled and bike. Built to complement the lifting rather than wreck it. Forty-five minutes, capped at twelve people.

Best for: adding work capacity without losing strength.

Strength trainingProgramme 03

Small Group 4:1

Four athletes, one coach, individual programming inside a shared session. The closest thing to personal training that still feels like a team.

Best for: returning from injury, or chasing a specific number.

Gym floorProgramme 04

Open Gym

Full floor access during staffed hours, with a coach available for form checks. Your own programme, our equipment and eyes.

Best for: experienced lifters who already know what they are doing.

Questions

Before day one

I have never lifted before. Am I going to be the worst one there?

Everyone on that floor had a first session. New members spend their first two weeks on an empty bar learning the movement, and the coach is told in advance.

What if I cannot make a class I booked?

Cancel up to two hours before and there is no penalty. The spot releases automatically to whoever is on the waitlist.

Do you work with injuries?

With your clinician’s guidance, yes. Priya runs the return-to-training programme and will happily speak to a physio directly.

Is there a joining fee?

No. No joining fee, no annual fee, no contract. Thirty days’ notice in writing to cancel.

Can I freeze my membership?

Up to eight weeks a year for travel, illness or work. Request it in writing and it starts on the date you choose.

A real build adds

A live timetable from your booking platform, trial signup written straight into gym software, coach profiles, and automatic class reminders.

Like this one?

A gym site built to convert a walk-past into a trial.

Heavy type, a visible timetable, transparent pricing and an intake that asks about goals before the first session.

Northpoint Strength is an original website concept created by NextDay Digital to demonstrate layout, typography and conversion flow for this industry. The business, staff, hours, address, telephone number, prices and reviews shown are invented placeholders. Not a real business, client project or endorsement. Your site would use your own branding, photography and approved content.
